Biography
Charles L. Cerny graduated from Notre Dame High School in Utica, NY and received his bachelor's in Physics from Utica College of Syracuse University and his a master's in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University, and his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Florida. Cerny worked at the Air Force Research Laboratories at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton for 33 years conducting space-based radar research.
Cerny died on September 15th, 2025.
